Plibrico Names New General Manager of Mechanical Services Division
Mike Winkelmann to lead strategy to provide best
customer service in the industry
As part of its ongoing commitment to keep customer facilities up and running without disruption, Plibrico Company, LLC, today appointed industry veteran Mike Winkelmann as the new General Manager of its fast-growing Mechanical Services division.
As General Manager, Winkelmann is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the day-to-day operations of a team of seasoned field technicians specializing in industrial, institutional, and commercial heating and cooling systems. Acting as a full-fledged partner to Plibrico customers, the division ensures minimal downtime by providing 24/7 emergency response, a full range of maintenance services, and the retrofit and installation of sophisticated heating and cooling systems.

Winkelmann is an accomplished, results-driven leader with more than 30 years’ experience in mechanical services. His proven track record includes supporting customers from initial HVAC design phases to the completion of installed projects. While employed with major maintenance service companies he was responsible for the strategic planning and management of service operations in HVAC maintenance with key customers. He has also successfully led training programs, leveraging a platform focused on troubleshooting, best service practices, and system safety, all of which contributed to more capable technicians and improved customer satisfaction.
Winkelmann holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
